Do you have a true or fictional story to tell about the Bundaberg CBD? It could be an anecdote, a memory, a local legend, or something you imagined…

Keep March 4th & 5th 2017 aside for a digital and locative storytelling workshop. You’ll discover new and innovative ways to tell and share stories about places; new, digital storytelling tools and software; and you’ll have an opportunity to learn oral history techniques for capturing great stories about people and places.

We’re delighted to have researchers and writers from the Queensland University of Technology’s ‘Writing the Digital Futures‘ team coming up to Bundy to facilitate the workshop.  This little project is part of our Place Activation in the CBD program, and you’ll have the option to share your completed CBD story with the wider Bundaberg community.

The workshop will be $15 for two days. No skills or equipment required – just your imagination and a love of storytelling.
